Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us.
Because many items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or personalised, some restrictions apply.
 

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is:

  • unused

  • in its original condition

  • in its original packaging

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
 

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Digital downloads

  • Items made to order

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

  • Bath salts or consumable items
     

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damage

We will offer:

  • a replacement (where possible), or

  • a full refund.
     

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund method:
to the original payment method only

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
 

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using tracked postage; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
 

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this window, work may have already begun on your handmade item.
